Terms of Use
BUYERO is a buyer-led request and curated-opportunity marketplace for yachts and real estate. Buyers may submit private search criteria, browse approved public opportunities and receive relevant responses from participating professionals.
Marketplace role
BUYERO is an information, matching and introduction platform. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, BUYERO does not own, sell, build, inspect, survey, value, warrant or certify any yacht or property and is not a party to a transaction between a buyer, seller, owner, broker or agent.
Public opportunities
Opportunity information is supplied by participating professionals or authorised representatives. BUYERO may review, format, edit, decline, expire or remove submitted content, but this review does not verify availability, ownership, title, specifications, tax or VAT status, planning status, condition, professional licensing or authority to conclude a transaction.
Independent verification
Buyers and professionals must independently verify all material information and complete appropriate legal, financial, tax, technical, surveying, registration and transaction due diligence before relying on an opportunity or entering an agreement.
Content and enquiries
Users must only submit content they are authorised to use and must keep information accurate and current. Enquiries may be routed through BUYERO so matching activity can be managed and measured. Publication or professional participation does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee.
Acceptable use
No spam, scraping, impersonation, fraudulent or misleading offers, unlawful activity, rights-infringing content, unauthorised harvesting of personal information or attempts to bypass platform security.
Launch access and future features
Buyer requests remain free. Founding professional access and a limited number of opportunity submissions may be offered free during launch. BUYERO may introduce paid subscriptions, contact-access features or promoted placement later with advance notice before a user incurs a charge.

Professionals submitting opportunities or responding to buyer demand must also follow the Professional Terms.
