BUYERO may process buyer contact information and search criteria, professional registration information, yacht or property opportunity details and media, support messages, enquiry records, timestamps and basic technical or security information.
Public buyer requests
Public request cards are intended to display anonymised buying criteria only. Buyer names, email addresses, phone numbers and WhatsApp details must not appear on public request cards.
Public opportunities
Approved opportunity content may be published publicly, including asset details, location, price, images and the professional company or agency name. Professional contact name, phone and email are published only when the professional selects the specific public-contact consent option. Buyer enquiries may otherwise be routed through BUYERO.
Opportunity submissions and storage
Opportunity submissions are sent directly to BUYERO, stored as Pending in Cloudflare D1 and reviewed before publication. Uploaded opportunity images may be stored in Cloudflare R2 and are not displayed on the public marketplace before approval. Some other buyer and broker forms may still use email or Tally and remain subject to the relevant provider's privacy practices.
Use and retention
Information may be used to review submissions, operate matching, communicate with users, maintain security, measure platform activity and comply with legal obligations. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, disputes, security and applicable legal requirements.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information held by BUYERO, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements. You may also request the removal or correction of a public opportunity.
