Broker Terms

Professional access is for genuine yacht brokers, dealers, real estate agents, agencies and other approved market participants. Registration or publication does not mean that BUYERO endorses or certifies a professional.

Buyer privacy and permitted contact

Buyer contact details and request information may only be used for legitimate matching activity connected to the relevant BUYERO request. No unrelated marketing, resale of buyer data, bulk outreach or unsolicited spam is permitted.

Authority to advertise

By submitting an opportunity, the professional confirms that they have current authority to advertise it and the right to provide all text, photographs, videos, documents and other media for publication and promotion through BUYERO.

Accuracy and updates

Professionals are responsible for availability, price, specifications, dimensions, ownership or title, tax or VAT status, planning or licensing status, condition and all transaction documentation. A material change, withdrawal, reservation or sale must be reported promptly to info@buyero.io.

Review, formatting and removal

BUYERO may shorten, format or standardise submitted information for clarity, request evidence, decline publication, limit duplicate inventory or remove an opportunity at any time. Listings may expire after 60 days unless availability is reconfirmed.

Founding limits

During launch, approved founding professionals may submit up to five active opportunities free of charge, subject to review. This is a launch benefit, not a permanent entitlement. Any future paid feature will be presented before a charge is incurred.

Independent responsibility

Professionals remain responsible for licensing and legal compliance in every jurisdiction in which they operate, for their communications and representations, and for all transaction-specific due diligence and agreements.

Real estate professionals

These terms apply equally to approved property professionals. Property participants are specifically responsible for agency authority, title and planning representations, required disclosures, professional licensing and local real estate rules.
